Cancellation Policy

4. Experience Guidelines • Guests are encouraged to dress modestly and comfortably, in line with Emirati culture. • For a more immersive experience, barefoot walking is recommended in designated areas. • Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on the premises. • Guests are expected to respect the animals, nature, and cultural elements during the experience. • Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. 5. Health & Safety • Participation in activities is at your own risk. Ezba Experience is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings. • Certain experiences may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or specific health conditions. Please inform us in advance of any special requirements. • Animals on-site (camels, horses, falcons, etc.) are cared for by professionals. Guests must follow staff instructions when interacting with them. 6. Changes or Cancellations by Ezba • Ezba Experience reserves the right to cancel or reschedule experiences due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. • In such cases, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. 7. Photography & Media • Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. • Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval from Ezba Experience. • Ezba Experience may take photos/videos during the event and use them for promotional purposes unless guests specifically request otherwise in advance. 8. Liability • Ezba Experience shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, death, or loss/damage to property during the visit, except in cases of proven negligence. • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. 9. Governing Law • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
